The Miranda Foundation has collaborated in recent months in the Final degree project in Environmental Sciences (TFG) of the students of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Sergi Fàbregas i Pastó, Iván Ruiz Pérez, Martina Cerdà Suñer.

Study of the population dynamics of Cape ragwort (Senecio inaequidens), determination of its distribution and risk assessment in the pastoral ecosystems of the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees.

We call an invasive species an organism that has become naturalized in an area outside its biogeographical range and that has negative effects on its ecosystems and biodiversity. We have provided the space and our data and experience on this invasive species, Cape ragwort.
