At the Miranda Foundation we are looking for a technician for maintenance and management of natural spaces in Berguedà.
Detail of the functions of the job:
Preparation of natural spaces for grazing horses from the Miranda Foundation in Berguedà. Maintenance tasks and installation of new fences in large natural spaces. Mainly, use of a brush cutter, removal of branches and installation of fences with iron and wire pickets. Occasionally, tasks to support the welfare of horses or the movement of herds from one space to another are included, as well as accompaniment and support in the activities that we carry out from the Foundation. It is essential to know how to use a brush cutter properly and to have a driving license and your own vehicle.
Initially the workplace is Viver and Serrateix but work will be carried out in other municipalities in Berguedà where we will open new spaces for horses during this year.
Required profile of the candidate:
– Have a medium or higher level vocational training qualification from the agricultural professional family or a qualification officially recognized as equivalent.
– Know how to use forestry machinery: brushcutter, chainsaw.
– Have a driver's license and own vehicle
– Be between 18 and 29 years old
– Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System File as a beneficiary.
– Be registered with the SOC Employment Office as an unemployed job seeker (DONO)
– Not having completed studies in a period exceeding three years prior to the start of the contract.
Contract duration: 12 months
Working hours: full time 37,5 hours/week Gross salary: €1540/month.
