In-person visit to the estate demonstration of Cal Saurina, where theuse of the'cranberry as a by-product of forest management, a property in custody of the territory by the Miranda Foundation.
This day is part of the project "Forgotten Plants – valorization of forest foods for sustainable management of the territory” , which promotes the valorization of forest foods to boost a sustainable management and balanced ecosystems, while contributing to the generation of opportunities in the rural world.
This is a session specially oriented to the forestry sector, so we invite people and entities linked to the management, conservation and exploitation of forest resources: owners, land custodian entities, forestry engineers, forestry consultants, brigades, research centers, etc.

The Forgotten Plants project is promoted by different agroecological research and development entities (Col·lectiu Eixarcolant, Fundació Emys, Cooperativa Sambucus), the Network for Nature Conservation and the EtnoBioFiC research group, and is funded by the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (MITECO) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
