We need support to continue preparing the spaces for the horses (perimeter fence).

We propose to you a different weekend where you can enjoy these mountains and impressive landscapes while we share a day of building a perimeter fence on the same side of the town of Arsèguel and come to see and share with the Moreu herd and the foundation's senior mares and horses.

A good opportunity to get to know this space and come see the horses

The volunteer call consists of two days, on February 1st and 2nd., you can come for one day or both.

These days will be accompanied by Enric and Caterina, volunteers from the Miranda Foundation team.

The meeting point will be at the Arsèguel parking lot: maps.app.goo.gl/3wtmdB3uR3Uz46pf8

tasks to be performed consist of placing rods for the perimeter fence, put insulators on the rods and trees and pull wire as well as going over with pruning shears some branches that may touch the wire.  It's not an overly hard job so it can also be shared with the family.

Lunch must be brought as a picnic, as there is no place to eat there.  We suggest looking for accommodation in La Seu d'Urgell to make the most of the trip and make it less tiring. We usually stay at the Xanascat hostel but there are other options:

The delimitation of pastures is necessary and, for this reason, We invite you to be part of this important event for us: opening up new horizons and new opportunities at a time when the Miranda family is growing up.

These types of actions that we carry out at the Miranda Foundation they promote the good state of conservation of pastures and the maintenance of open spaces in an eminently forested area and allow environmental benefits, such as the preservation of plant species linked to this habitat and fire prevention.

Must bring:
Suitable mountain footwear, warm clothing, water, picnic food. If possible, bring gardening gloves.

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE, you only have to do two things:
