Perimeter fencing of the new pasture for horses in Cadí
Creation of a perimeter fence with iron rods, wire and electric fence, to be able to open new pastures for the horses with the certainty that they will not go to spaces that do not belong to us or to the road.
We will have to go around the boundary of the pasture, driving rods approximately every three meters, placing the insulators and passing the wire through them, and sooner or later cutting the branches and grass that touch the wire so that it does not lose effectiveness.
A very easy activity that flows very well in teams of all ages with a common purpose!
We will enjoy the mountains in places of spectacular nature!
At the end of the enclosure, we will accompany the horses on foot to the new space where they will enjoy the fresh grass!
Program:
August 5 and 6
Meeting time and place: 10.30:XNUMXam at the Arsèguel car park (behind the Church)
Start/close time: start 10.30am, close 19.30pm (with lunch stop in the field)
It is possible to do a single day, or the whole weekend or both.
WHO IT IS ADDRESSED:
For people who like nature, horses, projects, cooperation, teamwork and the outdoors, calm and tranquility, connection with other people, with a desire to collaborate (activity for adults, accompanied children from 9 years old).
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes and shoes for walking in the mountains. Waterproof clothing or a cape in case it rains.
Hat and sun protection. Sunglasses.
Gloves for work. If you have them at home, you can bring pruning shears, pliers, mallet (hammer for chipping)
Small backpack with a canteen or water bottle and your sandwich or picnic for lunch.
Other requirements:
Bring lunch to eat in the field.
