We will approach the Ramat with an egalitarian view, not from the ego but from love and respect. We will work on the concept of just authority and trust by sharing with them our energy and skills necessary to restore thebalance and reinforce the concept of ecosystem in the group. Thanks to the systemic methodology of Coaching of Movement, we will understand the importance of respecting the Nature and systemic order of Horses.
