Our shining star of the Przewalski's horse family in the Boumort Reserve. Her family lived many years confined in a zoo, until we rescued them with our colleague Laura Riera and the NGO FAADA. Shakti, her sister, was already born in Boumort, and then, a year ago, Salasse was born.
A more than beautiful filly! She and her sister are the first Takhi or Przewlaski horses born in Boumort.
They embody the freedom of so many horses locked up in zoos, of the last wild horses, and are the fruit of the liberation of their family!
Very exciting! A true symbol of freedom!
